My work trip stopped me from fully enjoying the hotel but there were quite a few things I really like: - Staff: Good service, from cleaners to front desk. It was a nice touch to welcome me back to the chain even though the previous time I stayed with Silken was not booked by me. Special shoutout to the front desk staff helping me with check-in on the day. - Facilities: seemingly nice pool (though I never got to use it). The bar was great. There are vending machines on each floor as well. The room was spacious. Personally I love their citrus shower gel. - Experience: I watched the Euros final and I was not the only one behind the Three Lions. It was a lovely occasion to meet my compatriots and it was nice to see the joyous Spanish fans. - Location: it is not within walking distance from the old town and main attractions. However, you can still get around by public transport. What I liked was that it is really calm and quiet at night and I could see Estadio Benito Villamarín from my window. If you are a fan, you are only few minutes (on foot) away from the stadium of Real Betis.

The overall spaces of the Hotel were accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast: many options and well organized. Dinner was fine, but nothing really special, many "fast food" options, pasta, pizza, fries (all not gluten free), but less of local dishes. Gluten free: there were no labels, and not all staff was well informed about needs of people with intolerances. There were a few options clearly cooked without gluten, but dishes were placed in the buffet just next side-by-side to others with gluten-containing crumbles or pasta, so very prone to direct contamination. Upon asking one of the staff, it was indicated to eat salads or potato's only, to be safe... (could be better organized, or give a better answer... or offer help at the kitchen). They did arrange for gluten free ice-cream for the kid upon request though! thank you! A bus can be taken nearby to the city center: entertaining and cheap 15 minutes ride, recommended.

For such a large Hotel this place is run so well. For us, there was no waiting to check in, the staff were always helpful and attentive. The room was a good size for 3 of us and the level of cleaning was above par. The lady who cleaned for us was wonderful, especially since she had so much to do, but always with a smile and a hello. The beds were very comfortable. The area around the pool had plenty of beds for everyone and was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was wonderful and was served until 11am, which when you're on holiday is always appreciated. Even though the hotel is not in the centre, it was so easy to travel from, either getting the bus from around the corner or using the various forms of taxi is cost no more that 7to8 euros to get to town less with the local taxi app.

The place it's really cool, close enough to everything, there are many bus options very close. I liked the pool, it is no that deep, just perfect to play and there it's another pool for kids. It's one of the best options! The cleaners very kind, the room it's always clean when you will be back, you can always find some water down at the till in case you need. We really enjoyed there. The beds are so comfy and the AirCon it's soooo good, it's not coming stright in your face and it's not makeing you sensible because it's placed on the ceiling. For sure, if we will go back, we will choose it again. Also, the lightening it is very good.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good bus service to the city center. Great info and assistance at the hotel's tourist information point. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with complementary water bottles that got replenished upon cleaning. Toiletries were provided. Food at the hotel was very good and affordable. Especially the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options. Our luggage was stored for free after check-out so we could still have lunch and a few drinks before leaving for the airport. Would definitely come back here, we had a great experience.
